My Apartments Ltd. is an experienced provider of high quality centrally located apartments across the UK and mainland Europe. We specialize in providing accommodation to both corporate and leisure clients at very competitive rates and pride ourselves to be one of the very few agency to offer you 24/7 customer service.
The apartments can be booked on a nightly basis, similar to a hotel, but with My Apartments the longer you stay the less you pay! Look at our Special Promotions page for more details. However, unlike a hotel room your apartment is also equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette and a living area. This gives you more space and freedom.
+ How Long Can I stay At My Apartments?
We are able to accommodate both short and long lettings for period up more than one year.
+ What is the difference to a hotel?
Our rates are priced per night, per apartment (not per person). There are no hidden service charges associated with hotels, such as internet use charges, minibar bills and room service cost. All our apartments have complimentary use of wi-fi. Also if you are coming with a group of friends or family, you can just choose one of our larger apartments instead of having to pay an extra room.
+ What is included in the rate?
As well as more living space and comfort, all utilities are included in the price, as well as a weekly housekeeping service, turndown service (for shorter stay), television and complimentary wi-fi internet connection. Additionally, each apartment comes equipped with a cooking station, cookware, dishes and utensils. You can request additional cleaning day at your preference. The cleaner will come everyday to tidy up the bed and remove any rubbish.

+ Does the apartment provide bed linen and towels?
At the time of your arrival, fresh linen and towels will be provided according to the number of guests.
+ There are no available apartments on the website, is this definitely the case?

+ How far in advance do I have to book my apartment?
We always recommend to book your apartment early, as there is quite a high demand those days, especially during high peak.
We are also lucky though to have such variety of apartments to offer you, all centrally located, that even the one you are looking at is not available, we will be able to suggest you similar options in the same area.
+ Is there a minimum length of stay?
We can accommodate you for all lengths of stay, from one night, one month, right through to one year.
+ Can I extend my stay?
You can request to extend your stay either at the time of the booking or during your stay which will be subject to availability
+ What can I expect in my apartment?
My Apartments vary in size, from a Studio Apartment containing both the sleeping, living and kitchen areas, with a separate bathroom, through to One and large Two Bedroom apartments with separate living areas, sleeping up to eight guests. All apartments have a kitchen, fully equipped appliances including a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwashers, crockery (including plates, cups, glasses and pans) with a full suite of utensils. All of our apartments also have a digital TV and complimentary Wi-fi.
+ How often will my apartment be cleaned?
When you book one of our apartments, you will find it properly cleaned and ready to welcome you. Our Housekeeper will come everyday to remove the rubbish for 7 nights or longer stay. We do provide a full cleaning service which can be arranged at extra charge.

+ Can I leave my luggage if I am early?
Our check in staff can hold the luggage for you from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
+ How do I check-in?
Check-in is on Meet & Greet basis from 2.00 PM till 11.00 PM and has to be pre-arranged for your convenience. One of our property representatives will contact you closer to your arrival date to confirm your check-in time.

+ How do I check-out?
Check out procedures will be explained to you on your arrival. If your flight is late in the day, luggage storage can be arranged until 6:00pm of your departure day. Check out is at 11:00am

+ Do we accept pets?
Unfortunately My Apartments cannot accept pets.
+ Who shall I contact if I want to book more than one apartment?
Our reservations team will answer your enquiry whether is just you travelling or the whole extended family. For large group booking however we advice you to contact us well in advance and we will try to accommodate your party in the same.
+ Is it possible to view an apartment before booking?

+ Where can I park my car on arrival?
Please make our reservation team aware and they will give you the best parking options available in the area.
+ Whilst staying in my apartment, can I hold a party of gathering?
As part of our terms and conditions we operate a strict no party, no gathering policy.
